This is my first post and I don't wish to sound creepy but what a brilliant site this is Embarassed

I've tracked loads of systems on eBay but always had the nagging feeling that I would end up with an out-dated crap-end-of-scale dog of a system (try saying that without taking a breath Laughing

)
It's an in-car system I was interested in, but I am currently a temp at the AA, if I get made permanent then I qualify for discounts, on this forum only today have I learned tha the AA do its own GPS kit. VERY interested to read any comments or reviews on their stuff.
When I ring the AA patrols I hear in the background the voice directions but didn't know that they actually flogged it.

Yeah, indeed it's a nice forum! :D I was quite interested in TomTom Mobile even before coming here, but I was kinda skeptical over viewing a GPS map on a freakin' mobile screen. However, people here have convinced me that it reads nice and clear, and the software is even compatible with the PDA maps, so that's nice. I didn't know that before coming here. 8)

Anyway, thanks to the creators of this site for the nice product reviews and user-friendly site layout.
