Median Navigator with POI Warner and UK Speed Cameras

Hi guys,
I got a Median pda running Median Navigator 4, installed POI Warner and registered but cannot find where to download UK Speed cameras and how to overlay it?!?

I have found www.poihandler.com/poi_download.asp and come up with what looks like the right place, but what file format do i need to download for my median nav 4?

Options i have got is:
Tomtom ov2 Fileformat
Destinator 3.0.75 and higher
miomap 3.0.75 and higher
x-road v2
navman smartST v3
TripC (Alturion) Jtc format.

Also in the Sort POI section do i need to download all of the speed ones I.E. Speed 30, speed 40, speed 50 etc.

Ok, i have found that it says for the Median Nav 4 you need (".asc"-format needed). Where can i download the overlays for this?
