Unfortunately not. Also when a fix does become available, there's no guarantee that TomTom will release it immediately. Something we recently saw with the GO 4.40 update. It took several months before TomTom were happy to release it, so although a fix may be imminent, it might not be public for a while. |

recent enquiries resulted int his snippet of info from tom tom lately
The TomTom Mobile software is stored on an MMC card and not on the memory of your phone. So a hard reset will not affect the storage card.
The Traffic plug is not yet available for Mobile. We anticipate it will be available by the end of October. |

You know I can't say because I'm under NDA, but all that I can say is I believe TomTom will be making it available soon for the C500 |

Hello
I understand (from a while ago) that TomTom Mobile is not supported on the Orange SPV C500 due to an incompatibility with the Bluetooth stack. TomTom are working on a fix and it’s in beta right now
Can you tell me where I can find out about the progress of this fix? What is meant by it is in "beta" right now? Will someone let me know when the successful fix is created?
I got a great deal on the C500 - free with 500 minutes on £25/month contract!

When TomTom release new patches to their software we announce them both here in the forums and on the news page. That's when you'll know that the patch is out. Until then you'll just have to sit tight until TomTom are ready to announce support for the C500. |

I can confirm that the TT Mobile patch (1.15mb) also allows other BT GPS receivers to be used. My Pretec is working flawlessly on a C500. The downloadable patch available also eliminates the need to make a GPRS connection to Tomtom. |

Nope. Make sure your phone is connected to the pc. Open the zip file and it automatically installs..... |
