I have 2 saved sets of dashcam footage that you can compare with.

The roadworks one has an average speed zone at the start and a variable towards the end.

The other footage has a Redlight camera towards the end that also announces the speed:

** Roadworks Sample **

** Redlight Sample **

They are a tad large but will give an idea of what I'm getting over BT to my headunit.

If you want a specific camera type I have loads in stock.

Nice quality dashcam footage, would recommend that model?

I've had zero issues with it and it's certainly far better than my 3 Nextbase units I previously had.

What I recommend is :

Viofo A119 V3
Viofo CPL filter
Hardwire kit
Samsung Evo Plus 128Gb U3 SDCard

If you want parking mode the you need the Viofo 3 wire kit.
If like me you don't need parking mode then the 2 wire Nextbase hardwire kit is better.

How does one submit new sites in the same way you used to be able to with CA?

Can't be arsed to trawl through, and my head hurts

You need to submit via another method.

Identify the camera then use the submission map here

Hi everybody, it's been sometime since I was on here.
Just to say that I still really miss CamerAlert since I went up to Android Software version 11, which of course is not supported . So, I just rely on the cameras inbuilt on Copilot and Sygic.
I was keen to try the other one mentioned on here but, as a non techy, I got completely confused and gave up.
Hey ho.

Hi.

Beta version 1.2.4 (98).
Fix for Android 12 (STA doesn't get location).

Open app settings, then "advanced settings", check "Google play location service ", and finally restart the app.

Newly installed app on android 12 device checks it by default.

Feedback is very appreciated since I don't have yet android 12 on my devices.

Only used it for small journeys so far, but this has been working fine on my Pixel 6 Pro.

Thank you!
