I have two devices 5100 and a 6100 both show in my services connected, cameras active, traffic active but MyDrive unervailable if I try to log on it fails and says "We are having trouble accessing Tom Tom services Please try again later."

Is this site still active?

I regularly have trouble with TomTom services on my Live 1005.

It's usually 2 hours into a 4 hour drive that the traffic service will stop working, and it takes 6 or 7 'resets' to get it to connect again. Bit of a PITA when you're coming up to a known traffic blackspots on the M6 and you want to know whether you can make it one more junction before having to head off cross-country.

thought TomTom traffic was designed to rollover when you need it the most
