Hi my oneplus 2 crashes at any point when i try to update or access settings, have tried clean install, any suggestions? |

Is anyone else having a similar problem, the app opens and runs but crashes when i touch for settings, generates crash report but is running in background. Any help appreciated! |

Hi taybwoy, I have not experienced the crashes you mention but, as a fellow Android user, my first thing to try would be to kill any apps that are running in the background and to clear the phones' cache before attempting any adjustments. Freeing up some memory may help.

Phone specs
Operating System:
OxygenOS based on Android 5.1
CPU:
64-bit Qualcomm© Snapdragon™ 810 processor with 1.8GHz Octa-core CPUs
GPU:
Adreno™ 430
RAM:
4 GB/3 GB LPDDR4
Storage:
64 GB

Exactly the same issue here with my oneplus 2. similar specs to the above, Android 5.1.1.
