I think the only official place is naviextras.
If you are running a version of iGO then .fbl files are the maps. You could do a Google around for iGO maps. There are plenty of hits, but we can't talk about them here though. A full list of file types Code: | FTR Truck Info
FPA Proximity Alerts
FDA Driver Alerts
FBL Actual Maps
FSP Speed profiles
HNR Defined Routes
HSP History Speed
3DC 3D Buildings
3DL 3D Landmarks
PH Regional Voice Corrections
DEM Map Terrain
POI Points of Interest
FJV Junction view
TXT Radar (Speedcam)
KML Custom Points of Interest |

Is the satnav running any version of iGO? iGO8, iGO Primo etc.
You need to know what nav software the device is running before you can do much else. |

When the nav software is running, is there no 'Help~About' type menu item. It is unlikely to be listed as such. On mMy iGO8 it's Menu~Settings~About. But it varies depending on version.
List a few of the folder names. There will possibly be a folder in the root called iGO, Primo or something like that. It varies, but within that folder there are folders that include and are typical for iGo are:
Audio
Content
Licence
with files:
Data.zip
Branding.zip
and a .exe file (iGO8.exe but the name varies, such as primo.exe but could be called a third party name)
Within the Content folder, there should be other folders, possibly including:
Building
Dem
Lang
Map
Voice
and others |

Does the folder structure look anything like that which I posted. iGO software was marketed under several pseudonyms and I don't know if MyGuide was one of them.
I am led to believe by googling around that MyGuide 6.1 is in fact a 2006 version of iGO. The file/folder structure on the card/flash will confirm this. |

Don't bother trying that. Do any of the folders match the ones I have listed? |

I'm a littlt confused as to what's what here, but it seems like the flash has iGO on it and the SD has something else or parts of the iGo workings.
Presumably in the Flash\MyGuide\Map\ folder there are files(s) with a .fbl extension somewher in the region of 90Mb, and possibly some other files with the .fpa, .fda, .fsp and .ftr extensions? Not necessarily all of them.
Does the device run without the SD card in?
You should have a PM. |

Please answer my question about the content of the Flash\Myguide\Map folder. I assume it's not called maps but map? |
