Success!
For anyone out there still struggling. I purchased a Haicom 204S and was instantly connected - worked first time!
Now to return the Tomtom receiver! |
Glad to hear it my 204e worked first time with the e400 as well. |

I'm having the same problems but with an E800 and Leadtek 9532
I can't get the mouse to be recognised by the PDA.
Did you have any luck with your leadtek mouse and e400? |

Spadge,
I tried two leadtek receivers and two cables (just in case!) with not the slightest sign of any communication.
Recommend you send back the Leadtek and buy a Haicom 204S
Good luck! |

Running TT3 on E400, with "standard" kit as supplied by TomTom - satndard silver-grey, wired GPS mouse that has been mentioned elsewhere.
I had the same problems at initial startup a few months ago, and by trial and error (who needs helplines!) managed toget round it. On the TT GPS utility, select the middle tab at the bottom ("GPS"), and set the top nialog box to read "TomTom Navigator GPS", the second box to read "COM:" and ensure there is a tick in the blue box to the top-left. This works for me, with no apparent issues.
Now to get back to the "M6 Toll Crusade"!! |
