Alpine 925

Not sure if this is right section , but there is so many on here
Just had an alpine 925 fitted in to my car
It's all new to me having used to tom tom for a few years
According to alpine web site you download toolbox to get updates and firmware fixes
It's only for pc and I'm a mac user
Does anyone know what maps it uses and are the cameras on here compatible
I'm going away on Thursday for a few days and would like to get it done by then or will have yo take tom tom with me

does nobody know anything about alpine devices
like what cameras to use or poi file types,
what maps do alpine use
got the toolbox extras for updating alpine but its stumped me
