Are you sure? It goes red and beeps at me if my current speed is below but my average is still above :/ |

the above example is only true at times when Pythagoras-Sees Old Harry-Catch A Herring-Trawling Off America correctly - so it's difficult to relate it to the A14. _________________ Dennis

In that case the problem could be recurring for me. Nowadays I always have CamerAlert in the background.
But getting back to the original problem - if it is down to the chip getting the distance wrong in a second why is it that the average speed is effected but not the instant (or current) speed? To my mind either the instant only speed will be effected, or both will be effected with the instant speed showing the main fluctuation because of the averaging effect in the average speed. But neither of those are what is happening.
Or is it not as simple as that? _________________ Peter
