Yea i got the cameras on but it tells me they are out of date. Also said it would be better to post on forum and rightly so. I am wanting to link my PGPS account to the Asteroid as i dont know how to download the .apk file needed. And for some reason when i download it throught the camera alert site it sends the app to my samsung phone. How can i change that..... _________________ NEW Tomtom GO 500 (hope it is good)

Ah. I see your problem. You'll have to wait 'till an egspert comes along, but I have a feeling that you are going to be that expert |

I hope not. . If i am give me till tomorrow then as i am on the workaround just now. I think i have it sorted. The problem most people have i recon is the acess through thier supplier of the dongle they use. I have asked to get my dongle unlocked and it takes 24 hours. If it all works well tomorrow night i will post a how to here. I am surprised that this is still a problem with parrot asteroid. You think they would bring out an update to let us use proper android apps. _________________ NEW Tomtom GO 500 (hope it is good)

Does the manual help: http://www.cameralert.com/android-manual/
on the device: Menu (hardware button) then 'Manage Cameras'
you can link your account from there and then download.

Yea the parrot itself i mean. . Just wanted to see how the GPS was and how fast the connection was at streaming etc. It was good enough but remember i have not had it a week yet so that will change i am sure...
Got the database working and it was a subscription issue with O2. I can safely say if anyone is having trouble i am sure i can guide you through installing it. also looking into getting other apps working on it in the near future if possible.. so keep a look out.
Have also noticed that the order you plug into the 3 usb sockets in the back of the unit (4th is for ipod) makes a difference in the speed as the parrot instruction booklet tells you upon installation guide. Any other quwstions let me know..... _________________ NEW Tomtom GO 500 (hope it is good)
