Driver Safety annoyances

Does anyone else find the way the "driver safety" screen works is a bit of a pain:

ie It does not zoom into the turn enough, so can be tricky to see the turn in any detail.

Also, the map switches to the safety screen at the beginning of the turn (unless the next instruction is less than 0.7 miles ahead). It would make life a lot easier if the map stayed on until the end of the turn .(and more zoomed in).

TomTom's navigation screen is much clearer.

it would be handy to if you could set it like tomtom, i like to look at the map sometimes and see where the road goes.
