I checked the e-mail I was sent and it says the update offer is available until 1st Nov 2004. However I see they have re-vamped the tomtom site, and the link in the e-mail no longer works. I can log on to the site and apparently send an e-mail to them although I haave not tried.......

It won't give you the "send email" option until you have done a search in the FAQ section. This is to stop people wasting time asking questions that have already been answered.

Thanks
To send an email you need to create a tomtom account but the create account does not work. What a load of rubbish.

I just want to purchase the offer upgrade for TT2 to 3
I hope that TT3 works better than there website.

Can anyone send an email on my behalf.

Kev

Already on it's way.

I've given them a right old rollicking, and told them there's loads of errors on their site.

I been informed by TomTom that the problems on the new website are being addressed.

You can now create a new account and register and send emails.

They also said that the cases for the TT Go will be available in the next couple of weeks, and will be delivered to those who have registered their TT Go on the web site. So if you haven't registered, do it now, or you won't get the case.

But you can only search on five digits, so for AB10 1XY, you can only search for AB10 1.

If you want to search on 7 digit postcodes, check out Niel's excellent UK Postcode utility in the downloads section.
