Delay due to Busy Roads. IQ routes or HD Traffic?

This is on a Via Live 120.

Just curious: when the traffic bar on the right shows 3 minutes delay but no incidents and the route summary says "3 minutes delay due to busy roads", is this data coming from IQ Routes or HD Traffic?

I ask because when I set out to work this morning the traffic bar showed 3 minutes delay overall (total delay - top of the traffic bar) but by the time I got half way through the journey the delay had gone. I did pass through some slow traffic which was not shown as an "incident" on the traffic bar.

I 'think' that's IQ routing at work. From historical data, a three minute delay (slowdown) takes place during travel. No particular spot. Just cumulative over the entire route.
