Hi,

I have had to reregister for a new activation code as the old one had expired.

Telmap accepts my new code but I get a message saying "This request is not included in your subscription" when it starts to calculate a route.

Have done the uninstall and reinstall etc.

Can anyone help?

Solved for me. I used an old registration key I had.
New one doesn't work...

This known problem is solved now. Sorry for the delay.
Please delete the current Telmap5 version you have and reinstall the new one from the www.telmap.com/tmug link (from the mobile browser).
You should get a new AC with all permissions and content (the old AC does not have all permssions).

Had this problem on and off since I started. Lots of help from Yael, so thank you for that. One thing I found although not completely tested, was it could work OK indoors and get a route. But once outside with a GPS fix the problem returned??
Hoping this new version will address that - find out later.
Does the reg number I have still stand, or do I need a new one??

Hi all,

Since the new instalation in May, I can't use Telmap on my Blackberry. First it took me a while to get the registration code that would work, but this was sorted at the beginning of July.

Then when I tried to use it, I am getting the message "not included in your subscription". I have e-mailed admin with Yael in cc:, but never got any reply (unless I missed it in spam folder, but I don't think so). And the telmap was not working.

Then on the 7th of July I saw the message in this thread, that this is now sorted and I should re-install. I have deleted the previous version, installed the new one from the website OTA, and... result is the same. If the phone has GPS signal, it does not download route, just simply displays "not included in your subscription". If I am indoors, it works fine, but of course only showing the route on a flat map.

I am missing this software so much. Is there any way of getting it working again?

Hi latarnik,

Looks like you are having the exact problem I had. This worked for me. Do a complete un-install and battery pull. Re-register for a new code, and follow the download link from that. With the new code it should work, mine certainly does. I was advised this by TUGadmin, and it worked for me so hopefully will for you.
