Am I wrong, but would have expected these to be issued before now?

Maybe asking on your other forum might elicit a response from one of the staff.. _________________ Gee-Pee

Hi.
Good link, but is there a method of applying the new post codes to a TT Go 1005 Live, please?
Can it be done through MyTomTom?
Kind regards. |

Very good question.
Let us know when you've sussed this out (or TT help have "helped") |

The new generation GO devices do not support the 'installation' of these postcode files.
The MyTomTom software provides no option to upload.
Plus, you cannot browse the file system of the new GO's and subsequently place the required files in the ZIP directory.
We just have to put it on faith that these updated files are applied to the new maps. However, judging by there incompetence to update the maps with correct roads, it doesn't bode well! |
