"also run" feature

Hi, I recently updated Cameralert to the latest version. I use the new feature to open CoPilot and it works great, however I can not get either program to exit when I finish using them, both continue running and the only way I can seem to exit is by swiching the iphone off! Has anyone else experienced this . . . . . . or is it me being thick? Any help appreciated.

I turn off the apps after I finish by quitting everything back to the home screen, then double clicking the iPhone "Home" button. This brings up the display of currently running apps across the bottom of the screen.

Touch and hold one of the app icons and they all light up with a "No entry" sign. Touch the no entry sign on all the apps you want to quit, and they stop running and disappear.

In cameralert you can tap the icon on top right to fully terminate the app. Copilot, I think, will turn off the gps use after 5 minutes of inactivity.
