Routing Question

Just got this package - first indications are that it is sooo much better than TomTom. However I am having a problem when planning my next trip to France, any help would be appreciated.

We are planning a route to Bordeaux region using the Portsmouth/Cherbourg ferry. So I input the waypoints into the route 1. Home address 2. Portsmouth 3. Cherbourg. 4 Final Destination. However Navigon sends me to Dover and over to Calais.

Any ideas??

Hi Digeeboy,

I can't test whether this works or not as my software doesn't have Cherbourg on the map! (shows the harbour but no roads or detail) At Portsmouth zoom in on the map and find the ferry route to Cherbourg and place the flag on it, accept that as a way point and then go to Cherbourg and do the same thing, finally put in your destination and then see if it routes correctly. I've had a similar problem in the past with Autoroute Express and putting in ferry terminals as the via's solved the problem.
