9.058.568435 for XL Live IQ haven't noticed any changes yet. This goes with the new Home. |

As far as I know, that's been out for ages. The full details are:
App: 9.058.568435.2 OS 541764 (1030), 25/8/2010
so the build date was nearly 4 months ago. It has certainly been on the Go models for a few months, and I think it was released for the XL Live on 16th of September.
I've had it on an XL for ages, but that might have been a beta-test release |

Still no joy with installing the update despite removing mapsettings. It would be nice to have it since I paid for the updates but I would rather keep my tts. Cheers for the help Andy. |

Yes, I went and got the new Home when I saw your post about it in the other forum section (typical of Home not to offer it until I checked myself via the menus!)
But when I went to see about the new Navcore, I found that was what I already had.
Checking back the file download dates, I got that September date and confirmed it on a German forum (English translation HERE). |

One thing it hasn't sorted is the random reset and now when it does I lose my selected car, just goes back to the blue pointer. |

I have been running this for months with very few issues.
If you are having reboot issues I would suggest you have a corrupt file on there somewhere - backup, run clearflash, reset to factory defaults, perorm a power button reset, format as FAT32 and then start from scratch reloading everything.
The XL LIVE is very sensitive to being ejected cleanly from a PC and has a habit of corrupting files if you don't do it cleanly.
I always eject mine from within HOME, wait for it to reboot, say No to connecting to computer, wait for it to fully boot up and get both a satellite fix and LIVE services connected and then power off and then disconnect the USB. I very rarely have reboot issues.
Edit - need to update my sig :-) |

I know you replied to this post :- http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=85424
But it's not any of the above. I thought it was a memory problem but as Dennis has the same problem i'am sure it must be something to do with Live services. Thanks for your reply anyway. |
