540 Live with UK & RoI v850.2781 & N/C 8.371
Cannot get traffic updates although I have 3 months subscription remaining.
Getting error message "Internet Connection is not available. Please try again when you have network coverage" although 8 sats lockedy.
error code 148
Is this most likely just a temporary TT server glitch rather than me?
Thanks |

It means there's no Vodafone GPRS coverage. |

Thanks. So that just means I need to wait rather than panic?
Panic over. FINALLY connected & I'm happy again
Patience is a (missing) virtue!
Mods...you can delete this now if you like. |

It may be worth pointing out that you can find out the status of the "phone" connection by tapping on the information part of the display to get the route details. Then tap the "Version" information, which doesn't look like a button. It shows the device info, but has a button "Network" which then shows the signal strength for the GSM module.
This is unrelated to the satellite lock. |
