Sorry for lame post and if it's been coverved before but....
I know the HD traffic doesn't work in the states bu does the Google search work? We're over there soon for a vacation.
Another thing.. how does the Google search work?? In the sense... I take it it's using a network carrier in the UK to send and receive info??

There has been reports of Live services working with a European purchased device over in the USA so take it on the trip and see what it does - Mike |

As long as the TomTom has the required radio built in and there is a roaming agreement it should work, just as any suitable mobile phone would work. _________________ GO 620, Tomtom Android EU,

I am just back from 2 weeks in Orlando, FL and took my 950 with me. Never got any LIVE services working
You might have better luck than me though!

I Used a x40 on the US West coast with no problems at all, got weather, Google etc all services except HD Traffic of course, |

That's where we're off to. I heard the HD traffic doesn't work but just more interested in the Google search as this would be what I would be using if out and about.
Anyone else know?
