Was working fine on Friday, and I didn't use over the weekend, but it is not working today.

BB9700

This is what happens:

* I launch the application.
* Progress bar goes to 100%, looks like everything is working.
* Goes to main "map" screen, says "searching for my location" - all the while, I do not see the map, just the "Telmap logo" wallpaper.
* After about two minutes, message saying "searching for my location" disappears, see the orange location pin on the screen, but still no map
* When I try to "search" I get an error message "Unable to process your request. Please try again or contact customer support"
* Also, when I try to search, it seems to think I am in Great Britain (when in fact I am in Canada)

Please help me get Telmap working again!

I tried with both BIS and BES settings - no change.

I am in Canada also and have the exact same problem today.

Tug admin please advise what is going on.

For me too, in Pennsylvania, US (including the Great Britain part!)

same error here.. and dam ,i really needed to use the GPS today..
Why has this app been so unstable lately?

Sounds like Telmap have done another upgrade and made a mistake on the change management. Last time this happened it was fixed by downloading and installing a new version. If someone has time it's worth checking if the version available has gone up an increment or two.
