Nav 5 CD Europe Maps onto Dell Axim Palm

jut received 2nd-hand maps from ebay for europe - no idea how to transfer onto the Dell palm. currently have SD card with a GB map in it. Assume I remove the GB card and put a blank SD card in or similar?

Are the disks genuine TomTom supplied along with a plastic credit card which will have a Product Code etched/ embossed in to the surface? - Mike
