Any chance of a bit of help

I have posted a topic in the Tomtom forum (3.03 & POIs) and as you will see it's had a few hits but no one has any answers for me.

Would it be possible for you to move the post to another forum, that might be able to generate some responses If so I would much appreciate it and it would save such a lot of retyping

I think it's in the most suitable forum already, I've answered yourt post, the solution is I'm sorry to say a Hard Reset and re-install It appears to be a problem with the upgrade failing in some circumstances, seen it three times so far in hundreds of upgrades and no common factor.
