I've received 2 emails today telling me that my access to Telmap User Group and the software has been suspended as I haven't used it in 3 months, despite me using it only last month. In this time I have also emailed them for assistance and not even had the courtesy of a reply, so I will not be replying this time asking them to reinstate my account.
I find it wrong that the usergroup gets access to older software than is currently available for trial (for instance my Touch HD is now a supported product on the trial version but not on the released to TUG version). I have also not been asked for my views on the product since March this year.
If Telmap want a user group to test and provide feedback, they also need to provide feedback to their users. They cannot expect to get good results if they just ignore us.

My name is Roi, and I am the user group admin at Telmap.
If someone feels he has not been getting replies to his emails, please contact me at tugadmin@telmap.com and I assure you, you will get full my attention.
In regarding to the access suspended issue:
Since the user group has only a limited number of open spaces.
It was decided that if a user has not been navigating over a period larger than three months, he will be denied from the user group in order to allow other the opportunity to navigate within the user group.
I have examined my records and each of the users contracts who has not been navigating for the past three months has been denied.
If my records are incorrect please let me know and I will immediately reregister you to the User Group and send you a download link and an A.C.

i recived this to ldispited using it for a few days the month previous not sure if i can still use as i have needed to use nav for the last month either as yet
