Well the mobile unit is definitely on the Database. What kind of GPS unit are you using?
And did you report the mobile unit as 'seen again'? _________________ Tomtom GO 1005 LIVE

Please submit the camera as Seen Again. That makes sure it stays in the database for a further 12 months as it is known to be current.
Can you confirm that you can see other Mobile cameras on your unit? (30mph mobiles if you are using the speed-zoned download.) I'm wondering if you have too many POI files on the device, or maybe even have not installed one of the files.
What device are you using? How many maps are on it? Are you using an SD card, or just the internal memory? Just wondering if you may have installed the cameras to the wrong folder, and the ones you are seeing are an older version. _________________ Garmin DriveSmart 50 LMT-D |

I can see other 30mph mobile cameras, the unit does not have an sd card,it is the uk map stored internally.
I overwrote the files again with the latest download, still no show, but will load them again tonight.
I will make sure i register the camera as seen again.
Thanks |

If you are talking about the POIs supplied by TomTom with the device, and you want to permanently remove them from your TT, they are all held in a file called poi.dat. This file can be safely deleted.
However, before you do this, consider if it is better just to hide them by unticking each category under "Show POI on Map".
If you do decide to go ahead and delete them, make sure you have a full Windows Explorer backup first, just in case you change your mind, or even make a mistake while you are doing it. _________________ Garmin DriveSmart 50 LMT-D |
