|
|
Hi all,
Just installed TT 3.01 (409) for the first time. Everything works great. Have tried to install updates but when activesync links to my 2210 I just get the Add/Remove programs screen and a list of programmes I've already installed - it will not allow me to upgrade. Activesync works fine with everything else. Any ideas where I'm going wrong? |

It sounds like the version you have downloaded has corrupted. Re-download the exe file but make sure you disable any download managers before doing so. |

Instead of trying to put the files on the Desktop/
Open "My Computer" and create a new folder called TomTom in the Route of C:\ and put the EXE in the newly created TomTom directory, the run the EXE file from there. _________________ Graham.
