Please help. I have a number of problems with my setup, firstly I have set checkpoint (ver2.0.2) to start automatically with Navigator (ver1) but it does not. When I then start it from the icon while navigastor is running I get the icon in the bottom right and I am able to adjust checkpoint properties, when I go into "more properties" in TT to see if I can select POI for the map view it doesn't exist and after all that it the locks up in "more properties" and doesn't let me back out i.e.tap on start menu lets me get to other program but then after 2-3 seconds it jump back to "more properties" screen.

Navigator was working before, I have transferred all 4 downloaded files into map folder on SD card (North Britain map only) I am using ipaq 2210 wit compact flash GPS and I'm a Cancerian.................

Does anyone have any suggestion where I am going wrong.......... Embarassed

Andy

Stumpy.....

It works the other way round.

You should start up CheckPOInt first and that will automatically start TomTom. As a first step, try that and see if it cures your problem.

Closing TomTom also closes CheckPOInt at the sametime.

Also, I'm not sure that the CheckPOInt files should be in your map folder. Mine are on my SD card but outside the map folders (I have four - GB, France, Iberia and Belgium)

I'm not sure, but I don't think that if they are in your GB map folder they will be available to other maps, or even work at all.
