Or just me?
Can't access HD Live Traffic Website or TomTom main website...
TT Home just throws up connection errors
TT 740 won't connect to Live Services?
Anyone else? |

still playing up for me, I can't change the fuel type on my 740. It gives me "An error occurred on the TomTom server. Please try again." |

HD Services was up but now down - got one test result then it failed again. Websites seems ok... Except HD Traffic which seems hit and miss |

At the same time as your post, Paul, I had the occasion to be on the phone with North America support. Indeed, while the site was back up, other servers were still acting up. For example, the agent had no access to seeing what map was in my account or any orders listed for my account. _________________ David |

Is anyone still having problems with this? I couldn't get a connection to update traffic and speed cameras this morning, with the same error as before: "An error occurred on the TomTom server. Please try again." |

What time was this?
It has been commented in the past it can be difficult during the early morning period to get logged in. If travelling early i usually but switch on 10-15 minutes before i want to leave with a route set to stop the unit switching off...
@09.35 it's taking it's time...... but did log in first time. |

Just after 9am and up until just before my post. I'll nip out to the car in a second and try again. There could be a problem with my account, potentially. |

Just as a followup, I reset my Tomtom and that seemed to help. I've also setup a new account with Tomtom, which has resolved my login problems, although my 2 years free map updates are registered to my original account I've emailed Tomtom to see if they can either reset my original account for a new device or move my subscription to the new account. |
