Hi All
The Spec's on the M25 around the Bell common tunnel (J26 to M11 have been dropped down to 40 mph.

Or is it just that the HA & SCP's are all desperate for extra money from drivers? |

Hi Wazza
They are working on the tunnels.
The data base is showing them as 50mph,but have now dropped down to 40 mph.

Thanks for that info.
Do you know when they're meant to finish the work?
Just in case I need to go around there, that way I'll just use an alternative routing, not only to avoid the damned cameras, but the resulting delays too! |

we've had some submissions to lower them to 40 but i can;t for the life of me remember who they were from...

wouldnt worry about those ones finishing in 2010 since the M25 widening from 16-29 is starting in April this year so there will be specs all the way round and also up the A1 as far as Hatfield.
In fact the posts were erected yesterday for the cameras at Hatfield tunnel for the 2 year duration that will be going on |
