For those of you who have the POI Warner german lady and want something a little more english, try the link below which uses speech synthesis for whatever you want, its surprisingly good especially if you choose "Audrey UK English" voice. if you use the tickbox it will also lets you download what you want to say as a wav file to edit or go directly onto your ppc. If anyone is having problems let me know and I can email a couple of files I have already done warning of speed cameras.

What - no more "Danger Straightforward"? The poor fraulein went beserk the other day when I drove along the variable speed limit section of the M25 and the POI database issued a warning for every gantry that I passed. I would miss her.

I've already covered this in the topic Generating audio alerts for POI's, and have a set of samples that I can email to anyone that is interested.
