PDAMODS come good - Royal Mails Fault

Regarding my post about the poor communications / non delivery from PDAMODS, Ian from PDAMODS sorted out my delivery problem.

It was no fault on behalf of PDAMODS, it was all down to Royal Mail who had my parcel sitting at the local post office for a week, without delivering it!.

PDAMODS responded to my emails, and sorted out the delivery problem, informing me of the situation with Royal Mail.

The only gripe I have is the contact is only via email, if you call the number of their website, this is a call centre in INDIA!. There is no personal phone contact but the email contact does work well.

Will be using them again in the future.
