Mark, if indeed you have a 740 device it will be covered under a non disclosure agreement so any issues with the unit need to handled directly between yourself and TomTom.
You are certainly not the first to post questions about the x40, but do you have a point of contact to resolve the issue (yes or no will suffice) - or is this a typo with the model number and you have a 730 perhaps? - Mike |
