Just had to rebuild the old PC including Content Manager. It seems to have gone OK, got an activation code and can connect 970 to the PC. What doesn’t seem to work are the updates, Content manager shows Speed Camera “Update Add” if I select Add and then sync everything happens but files aren’t updated. Update seems to do nothing, any thoughts or have I done something wrong. |

Hi,
Just to make sure, the procedure should go like this:
Update each item in turn until the bottom of the page
Add each item in turn until the bottom of the page (or top if in reverse )
Press the synchronise button at the bottom of the page.
It won't work if you Add, Update, then Add each item because each time you update the next it 'un-updates' the one before it.
Is this what you are doing? _________________ Mike

Thanks for reply
What happens is. When I start content manager there are 5 items showing as “Update Add” I select all five as “Add” and synchronise, the unit says connecting and runs through 5 updates. After all 5 now show only “Update” which if you click on does nothing. If I remove and then re attach the unit content manager is back to square one ie showing the same 5 “Update Add” so I guess something aint working, Any help would be appreciated, or even is there a way of resetting everything to its shipped state and starting again. As I said all worked before I had to rebuild PC and reinstall Content manager.
