Sprite backup help please

I have installed sprite backup and it is running in my today screen can I just have it in my programs menu and use it when I need too. I cant seem to remove it from the today screen thanks in advance bjellys

OK here goes goto start >>> settings >>> today >> items (the bottom 2nd tab).

Now deselect the Pocketmon tick box. That should do it. Or at least it does on mine
