Used to have stuff like this in the pc formate magazine. Best mod I saw was a budget system built into a cardboard box! (note the biggest difficulty was making an effective earth).

I like to change and mod my pc but like you I wouldn't be able to do anything really clever. _________________ Dom

You would need a very good metalwork workshop as well as the skills.
Additionally as well as being skilful with your hands, you would need a lot of time and patience.
I like the good job they did making the one in the white dress at the bottom of the page above the title -
