how much memory do this OS take in the pocket pc?

The OS is in ROM and doesn't take any RAM (if you want to be accurate, the OS is in flash memory).

That said, the Pocket PC's RAM has two functions - it's used both for storage and for memory to run programs. You can't buy a 64MB RAM Pocket PC and expect to put 64MB of programs and data on it. I find I can't go much beyond about 37MB of programs and data on a 64MB machine before I find myself getting too tight on program memory.
