Hey guys how you doing ?
again i have Question about Mapshare
when i plug my Tomtom into tomtom home always it said mapshare update , like in the photo
mapshare so i have tried to update my tomtom i think 50 times the same (update my Tomtom install new mapshare )
But it still said the same Version of mapshare

There are no 'versions' of Mapshare. The message there says that your Mapshare corrections are the latest that are available.
The number you see in the MapShare Box relates to how many Map Corrections have been applied to your Map. This will only vary as, and when, TomTom issue new updates.
This may be, in part, a manual job for TomTom, and as such is unlikely to change over the Holiday Weekend.

Wel two days ago it said your map need no update and i faced problem with my tomtom so i should back up it.
but now when i search if there is updates it said there is mapshare avaible.and when i install this mapshare and i search again it said there is again mapshare update.
so while i update my tomtom the version of mapsahre stay the same ,
but in two days ago it said there is no map correction avaible |

If I can work out what you are trying to get across, you are saying that:
Home tells you there are Map Share updates, but when you try to update the number of corrections reported in the top right corner does not increase.
Am I right?
If so, it seems to be a problem at TomTom's end at the moment. There is another topic about it in the forum. |
