Mapopolis map converter?

The point is I'm from Poland and there is no good maps on mapopolis www site. I have very nice maps for my garmin in mapsource format and i did converted it to mapopolis format with an official tool called Mapopolis Map Converter. Everything works flawlesly but there is one problem - it works only for previous versions of mapopolis software (3.27). The point is that converter is quite old software (not suported anymore) and it works only with old mapopolis map format.
Is there any software able to convert maps to a new mapopolis format? I can write this kind of software on my own if any detailed information about the new format exists.

We asked Mapopolis and unfortunately there are no plans to adjust the mapconverter to the new version or to reveal the format. You'll have to continue using 3.27

It is not difficult to have two different versions of the program on the same Pocket PC. Install the 3.27 version first, and then use File Explorer to rename the /Program Files/Mapopolis/Mapopolis to something like Mapopolis3.

Then install the 4.x version. It will go into the same default folder and will be the icon that you see on the programs screen.

When you need to run the 3.27 viewer, use File Explorer to go to that folder and tap on Mapopolis3 (or whatever you named it) to start it.
