I bought a full version of tt3 for a work mate who whanted a system put together and both the full version and the upgrade I received have the part # 3C00 060 |
That's the code on the CD itself - not for the entire pack. The Product no. of the entire package is just below the bar code.

Mine arrived (and was installed!) today. Interestingly, is 3.01 rather than 3.0

I think all the CDs in all the UK upgrade packs contain Navigator 3.01 and GPS 3.00. The latest GPS version is 3.02 if you wish to upgrade to it. There's no upgrade past Navigator 3.01 at the moment.

Ordered mine on the 15th - shipped on the 29th.
The email had an apology for any inconvenience. Is that standard? _________________ Cheers,<br>

I suspect the apology is standard if any items were out of stock when you first ordered - my wait was a little shorter than yours and contained the same apology.
At least I've finally got a little 'on the road' experience with Navigator 3 so that I'm in a better position to help answer questions about it on the forums.

The shipping order has been a bit random (so far as I can tell they're not shipping in the order that orders were placed), but they are getting on with the backlog.
It may be worth an email on Tuesday (it may be a public holiday in the Netherlands on Monday) - but I suspect it won't yield any more information. Hopefully you'll soon have the email (which comes with no further warning) to say that your upgrade has shipped - at which point you should expect the UPS van two days afterwards.

My experience of the credit card payment is the complete opposite. My credit card account hasn't yet been charged despite confirmation of shipment.
I have 2 orders according to the Tomtom site.
The first one did not get past the payment stage. After reading a post I resubmitted the product code a couple of days later and it went through ok.
I received an email confirming shipment on Thursday, and expect to receive the package at work on Tuesday. |
