Mapshare corrections limit

hello, it was myself that posted the original question in a 'restricted' forum. I had a brand new tt1 3rd edition, and as the post said, after about 3 weeks of mapshare corrections i got the same message. To be fair tho i was actually correcting everything that was wrong, even to the smallest detail on the maps in and around newcastle. I also dont think tt realised how many actualy corrections there were to make to the maps, but i still disagree with having a limit set on them. I did create a complaint with tt, they asked me a set of questions (which i can post if requested here) and my last response from their 2nd level support was that it was being looked into! That was a few months ago now!
