POI and TomTom GO?

Does anyone know if you can add user POI to TomTom GO?

TomTom told us at CeBit that "This feature will be added in the near future" - both to the Palm version and to TomTom Go (which are basically the same thing, except for the accelerometer)

Does this mean that, with appropriate POI data, the unit could alert you when approaching speed camera sites etc?

How easy is it to update the maps/software?

The maps can easily be updated via the SD card. Now if the POI alert function can be implemented is not so clear. Don't forget, it's a Palm based program. Someone would have to write a CheckPOInt for palm...
