How to convert Garmin Mapsource routes to .gpx tracks?

I have Garmin Mapsource City Navigator v9.0. I use this to compose cycling routes but because the routes don't transfer reliably to my GPS (Garmin GPSmap60CSx) I have to use tracks. I need a tool/program that will translate my Mapsource routes into .gpx tracks - you can't do this in Mapsource. Any suggestions?

Have you looked at GPSBabel - that lists a number of Garmin formats and GPX - Mike
