I can't find any built in Asda stores so you will need this http://inetcom.hu/mick/igo/ where you drag and drop the .cse file into the programme and it transfers to a new group in My POI. I would like to point out this programe is BETA and after experimenting with some POI's, which transfered OK, I couldn't get rid of them without a hard reset and re-install.

Start iGO, tap on Map, tap on Menu (top right), tap on Quick (bottom centre) Tap on Manage POI. Choose My POI then Asa and choose to Show or Hide POI's.

Remember, the more POI's you have showing on screen can slow down the refresh rate of the mapping.

Use the iGOPOIExplorer programme and drag and drop the file to the left hand window and using the programme you can transfer the folder to iGO.

Once done, go to Quick - Manage POI's - My POI, tap on your new Group once, Netto?, to highlight it, then tap on Edit (centre of screen) and select an appropriate icon. Arrow back (three times) and tap on Menu.

Tap on POI - My POI and you should see your new Group.

The built in iGO POI icons appear to be embedded in the programme and I can find no way of adding/changing them.

Just did a quick experiment.

Go HERE and go down to UK Asda, download and save the file to a folder in My Documents then unzip folder.

Start iGO POI Explorer and select File - Import POI's from file.

Navigate to where you saved the Asda folder - change 'files of type' from Google Earth KML to CSV POI file and you'll see the Asda file.

Drag and drop the Asda POI folder into the left hand window of iGO POI Explorer.

Left click, and hold, on the Asda folder and drag it over the iGO POI Database icon.

The file will then be transferred.

Yes, it seems so. I've looked in the various Data files and can find some icons, not the ones mentioned earlier, but the icons are in vertical strips, several on each, rather than being individual.

Is there any real need to have the Asda icons showing? I say this because you will still be able to set a route to one or add as a via.

Oh I see, I clicked on POI's rather than Download POI's.

Similar POI's so is there any need to keep the POI link now there is an updated version?

Ah good. At least you know how to add POI's and know where to look for others, in the Download POI link, NOT the POI one.
