Hi i have just received my hp2210 and have installed tom Tom 2. Can anyone please tell me what is the proper way to close the Tom Tom program, also should you clear your memory daily if so how do I do that.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

You may want to install a task manager like Wisbar or Vbar to make sure the programs are really closed when you tap the X - in standard PocketPC they are just brought to the background, eating up all the memory eventually.

When you use the task manager the need for soft resets is reduced dramatically.

I never gave a thought to a task manager.
from the suggestions above, it looks like the Vbar is the better option.
