NavCity - Shocking customer service

I bought a Navman 4100 GPS. After about 4 months I had problems with it. I emailed NavCity to try and get the problem sorted. Two week later and about another 6 emails later nothing, Jack . I tried emailing their tech support and sales people.

I wouldn't have minded if they said they couldn't replace it, but gave me details of someone at Navman that could fix it.

They are quite happy to take your money, but just pray you don't need any after sales support cause you won't get any!!!
