Have a look at this thread. There are several others covering the PB GPS400.

Guessing that you are using Destinator 6, of which I have no experience, have you followed the instructions in this post?
As for testing the installation:
BGF wrote:
If you have an advanced planning option, plot a route from FY4 3NN No 95 to PR4 1AX No 33. You should get a 30MPH Gatso, a 30MPH Mobile very quickly and (eventually) a 40MPH Gatso, a 50MPH Gatso, a 50MPH Mobile and finally a 30MPH Mobile.
That should let you know they are working.
If you don't have an advanced planning option, I'm afraid it's a real trip to your nearest camera Laughing

Can I suggest that, if you haven't already, you read any camera related threads in the Destinator specific forum. If you don't get the necessary info from those threads, then post your question there.

Destinator seems to be one of the less popular pieces of software, but you should find someone there who can help you.

It will help them to help you if you can tell them what instructions you have followed, and at what step you have a problem, rather than a generic "the last 2 havent worked".

Best of luck Exclamation

Well the cameras are there, the written warnings appear on the sat nav screen, but the sound is "approaching favourite" or something, not approaching Gatso camera not sure how to fix this.
