pocketgpsworld.comTomTom have announced the latest New Map releases now available. From today maps of Eastern Europe, South Africa and Australia are available for purchase.

Map of Eastern Europe (Map version 6.8 ) 101.8 MB
Detailed door-to-door navigation throughout the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia. Plus limited coverage of Croatia, including the major cities and coastal region. Other Central European countries are covered by a connected network of major roads that allows you seamless navigation throughout the entire region.
Street network coverage: HR: 49%, CZ: > 99%, EE: 72%, HU: 47%, LV: 63%, LT: > 99%, PL 52%, SK: 40%, SI: 43%.

Map of Southern Africa (Map version 6.8 ) 50.4 MB
Detailed navigation through most of the major towns and cities of South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Swaziland and Lesotho.

Map of Australia (Map version 6.75) 93.4 MB
One map of the entire Australia, including Tasmania. Giving you over 1 million kilometres of roads, detailed directions through 560 major rural towns and a street network coverage of over 99%. Map data provided by Sensis.


These new maps are initially offered at a 20% discount until the end of August. Anyone wishing to buy other maps should be aware that the 20% discount for other maps will end tomorrow.

Do you know what Teleatlas release the Eastern Europe maps are based on?
