i keep getting E90001 internal error when i try to register can any one Help

A friend had the same problem last year. Try the following.

While the error message is displayed, click on OK
When the message "the activation process has been terminated before registration was completed. Do you want to try again?" is displayed, disconnect the Navman
Click on Yes
Click on Next to connect to internet
Read the licence terms and if you accept them click on Next
Connect your Navman and click on Next
Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the activation.

Thank's for the info, tried it did not work . Sent back to Navmam they said sd card was faulty. They replaced the card and updated the software. :Daz.
