hi all
i have hp2210 ttn2
all installed and working fine
however at seemingly random times I get the following
error box message.
cannot connect
unable to connect: you have no modem entries
created, and no network card present
"settings" link then "dismiss" box
I do not connect direct with a modem but only through my pc
How can i prevent this error message

I started getting these a few days ago after installing a BT card in my laptop. After deleting my BT GPRS entries and deleting and re-adding my BT Cellphone it turned out that it was the ActiveSync over Bluetooth entry that was the culprit for me.
Have you by any chance a similar set-up? _________________ Darren Griffin |

hi
Thanks for the replies, but blue tooth is disabled and this error message
appears in the car using just my 2210 and ttn2 no phones at all or laptops.
my gps is tomtom wired type so no IR the error appears about every ten minutes.
Is there a way to stop activesync from starting and calling for a connection?.
regards
